I’m a family man, frequent flyer, and experienced traveler based in the suburbs of Illinois. I travel a lot — for work, for family, and because I genuinely love it. And every time I’m planning a trip, I do what most people do: I search for honest reviews from someone who’s actually been there. That’s exactly what I’m building here.
Travel and Food Guy covers cruise ship reviews, airline lounge walkthroughs, hotel stays, and destination experiences. I focus on what things actually look like — not just the highlight reel. If a room is small, I’ll tell you. If the food is incredible, you’ll hear about it. And if something isn’t worth the money, I’ll say that too.
Most of my content is filtered through a family lens. My wife Vika, my son Josh, and my daughter Emily are part of the journey — and their perspectives shape how I evaluate every experience. What works for a couple might not work for a family of four, and I think that distinction matters.
